Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to all dealer/customer account holders ("User") who use the wholesale platform ("the Site") operated by TanHomeDecor. By registering for or using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

The Site serves business-to-business (B2B) wholesale purposes only; it does not sell to individual consumers. The Site does not process online payments or instant purchases. Users browse the catalog and add products to their cart to create a quote request; this request becomes an order only after our team reviews and prices it and you and we reach agreement.

2. Account Creation and Approval Process

• You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide on the registration form.
• New accounts are approved only after manual review by our team; access to catalog and pricing information is restricted before approval.
• Your account is subject to the product visibility and pricing determined by the customer group assigned to you; this grouping is entirely at our discretion.
• Suspicious, misleading, or abusive applications may be rejected; existing accounts may be suspended or closed for cause.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials (including your password) and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Quote Requests and Pricing

• Products added to the cart and the prices shown constitute a price quote request, not a finalized order or binding offer.
• Displayed prices are calculated according to the discount rate defined for your customer group and may change without prior notice.
• For products marked "Price on Request", the final price is communicated to you after your request has been reviewed.
• When your request is priced (its status is updated to "Responded"), you are notified by email; the final order is formed once you and we agree on that pricing.
• Stock status may vary from the information shown on product pages; final stock confirmation happens during quote review.

4. Intellectual Property

All product images, text, logos, and design elements on the Site belong to TanHomeDecor or its licensors. This content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially in any other medium without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Product images and descriptions on the Site are for informational purposes; minor differences in color, texture, and dimensions may occur due to screen display or manufacturing. We do not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for access interruptions caused by technical failure, maintenance, or force majeure.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to comply with current legislation or reflect changes in our business processes. The current version is always published on this page.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes.
